The plan introduces a mix of new housing, services, commercial spaces, a school, and a recreational park. The design incorporates a variety of housing types, from village-like terraced homes along the Wurm to urban apartment blocks, ensuring optimal living conditions for different demographics. Key features include integrated green spaces, swale paths, and courtyards with gardens, with the large Wurmpark providing a green oasis for both residents and the adjacent Aachen Nord district.
